It was a great relief to find Mark Worraker of Rydal Communications whilst wading through the many offers available to us for our business phones. Working with Mark was a pleasure. ’Having contacted Rydal via their website for a callback, Mark Worraker contacted me within a couple of hours to discuss our requirements. He dealt with the move completely from our existing provider to a new one and recommended handsets to suit all users. One handset proved to be a problem and he recommended alternatives, with the chosen one being dispatched within 24 hours of order. Earlier this year when it was time to renew our mobile phone contract, I was feeling let down by our current service provider and by our account handler. I was then contacted by Rydal Communications who offered to send someone to see me face to face. Mark Worraker visited us, gave us a clear outline of our options and followed it up the next day with a full quotation. We recently changed our mobile phone provider and used Rydal to assess our options. They looked at our usage and offered the best package including advice on best coverage for our area. As we were still in contract with a provider at the time Rydal were very patient and kept in touch with any updates to new deals etc. We have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of their service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again |
